The check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was nice. The hotel has some age to it The room was clean The problem I had is someone was smoking inside the hotel ,I know this cause I could smell it so it was coming from a room close to mine or the stairs . About 2am or 3am I was awaken by the fire alarm due to this issue ,so with that being said it would have been a 4 or even a 5 star review but the cigarette smell and extremely loud fire alarm going off kind of drop that down a bit for this thing.

Everything was great except the fact my sister woke up with bits from being bitten by ants found in the bed

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we walked into our room and immediately noticed that the bed looked as if someone had already been lying on it. When we brought this up to the front desk employee, we were told that the housekeeper is ‘lazy’ and sometimes sits on the bed while making it. We asked about changing rooms and were informed the only available room was on the bottom floor, but it likely smelled bad due to a recent leak that had soaked the carpet. Instead of offering a proper solution, we were asked to check the sheets ourselves and were handed extra sheets to change them if they were dirty. The room itself was not well maintained—there were no toiletries stocked, no Kleenex provided, the lamp shades were stained and in poor condition, and the couch was visibly dirty and had a stain. Additionally, every time we entered or exited the property, there were people smoking cigarettes right outside the entrance, which made coming and going unpleasant. Overall, this was not the clean or comfortable stay we expected, and the lack of professionalism and basic standards of cleanliness was disappointing.

This hotel is by far the dirtiest place I’ve stayed. First room hadn’t been cleaned (very obvious). I complained and got a different room and it wasn’t much cleaner. Tried to find another hotel in the area but rooms were limited so we stayed but will not use this hotel in the future.

I did not like the large stains in the carpet. The air conditioning unit was noisy. In the breakfast area, there was no regular coffee. The attendant said she had told them a week ago that she needed regular coffee, but she never received it. She was polite and kept the area well stocked and clean, so it wasn't her fault; it was the fault of management.

That they charged me twice and I can’t get my money back!

Love the location the parking was very convenient. We were going to an amusement park and everything was very convenient

The staff was super nice, but our room smelled like dirty feet, had loose tiles, hair in the "clean" shower, and it seems like there are people living at the hotel. But the sheets and towels were clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was nice. You could tell the staff was trying to make guests stay comfortable, but the property was not well kept.
