Bañera en vez de ducha, así que la ducha fue mala, la alcachofa de la ducha pequeña. No tienen habitación de cortesía para cambiarte de ropa si vas a una reunión, te dicen que te cambies en un baño, muy mal por parte del hotel, es vergonzoso, la gente entrando al baño y tu medio vestido ahí dentro.

Check in was very quick and easy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and any questions we had were politely and professionally dealt with. The room was clean, tidy and well presented offering a in-room safe, TV and a mini bar with some snacks and drinks on sale for a reasonable cost. The bathroom has a bath and shower with soap and shampoo available along with a bidet. The temperature of the shower at 10.30am was super hot and had excellent pressure which was fantastic. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept our room perfectly chilled to combat the Madrid heat. We were attending a concert at the Palacio Vistalegre which is about a 20/25min walk from the hotel or 10 min in an Uber which cost around €10 one way. There are a fair few restaurants and bars around so you do not need to head far to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Overall we found the hotel to fit our needs perfectly and we are booked to stay there again in June for another concert we are attending.

I cannot think of any negatives that the hotel had!
