Location close to train and trams. Reception staff was responsive.

Dirty rooms, kitchen devoid of utensils, beds too loose, could not sleep during stay. Lot of dust on everything in the room.

I appreciated the helpful staff and appreciation of the access I needed and help.

I found access the first time difficult. The entrance is not clearly visible, Parking is impossible and I was time poor

The signage for finding this property made checking in very difficult.

Close to Box Hill Central Station with loads of eating options in vicinity. The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities to make stay comfortable

Carpark spacious. The apartment was comfortable in size for us. Apartment had all needs such as laundry, equipped kitchen. Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids so 2 bathrooms was ideal.

Carpet, lounge and dining chairs dirty and stained. Bathrooms mouldy in places. Filters in air cons need cleaning.

A bit noise in the room due to ventilation

Located close to anything we need. Restaurants, grocery stores and train station just steps away.

One of the bedroom has no Aircond/heater. The bathroom in the en-suite master room is too big for the size of the bedroom. Despite the size, there is no space to place clothes in the bathroom. It would be better to make the bedroom larger.
