"Awful experience. I wish I could get a refund."

The check in representative was pleasant and helpful.

I stated on the first floor, the noise from above was ridiculous, we could hear everything. The check out representative was rude. The was literally nothing available for breakfast, not even coffee. We asked and the representative just shrugged her shoulders. Very poor customer service.

The rooms were clean but the other guests were really loud. We could hear them coming and going from there rooms all hours of the day and night. Breakfast was very limited.
