Die Lage

Sauberkeit bei meiner Ankunft war der Boden nicht sauber und es waren Haare im Badeschrank vom Vorgast. Auch habe ich Check in Details erst nach einem Anruf erhalten. Man hatte mich denke ich vergessen. Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Licht und der Waschbecken Stöpsel ließ sich nicht entfernen. Weiters war der Klopapierständer rostig wie auch die Lampe am Spiegel. Auch die Stehlampe im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe das alles gemeldet und mir wurde versprochen das es repariert wird wurde aber nicht gemacht. Außerdem wurde die Kurtaxe nochmals verrechnet und behauptet diese wäre nicht enthalten im Preis. Auch war es sehr schlecht ausgeschildert und schwer zu finden. Auch das Eingangstor war sehr kompliziert zu öffnen.

We had to call 3 times to receive the codes to enter the apartment. The bath got clogged quickly. There was no hanger to keep the towel. The shower curtain was very dirty. The room was not very clean , there was dust next to the bed and on top of the bed rest. There were no towels in the room.The smoke detectors alarms were beeping in another room of the apartment. The towel and alarm problem was solved after we complained to the host . Our room smoke detectors alarms started to make loud noise in the middle of the night due to the low battery. Unfortunately, we got to know the The apartment is on 5th floor without any lift , after we booked the apartment.
