The hotel had bed bugs, the management refused to refund me for the miserable night I spent there. They promised to refund me but upto now I dont get any response from them. Extremely disappointed, Very unprofessional to treat a customer like that considering they infested my clothes with bed bugs. I had to incur extra costs to laundry everything.

Room was nice food was amazing, breakfast was good, nice pool,good location 2 minutes walk to beach.

There was a few ants in room in morning after i left my room service plates in room.

Location

Breakfast was absolutely awful. Completely unhealthy processed rubbish. No real healthy option other than scrambled eggs which was cold and overcooked. Not even any healthier bread.
