When I arrived, the manager, who didn't speak English well, did not notice that I had a reservation. In his first response, he told me that I was wrong, that the place was all booked, and that they didn't know what Orbitz was. Upon insisting that I had a reservation, he apologized as soon as he checked in their disorganized booking system. Walking up some stairs, I took about five minutes to figure out how to open the door, since the lock was very old and difficult to open. The positive about the apartment is that it is large and classy with a private bathroom. Comfortable living room with a smart TV. It was possible to hear noise from upstairs because of the old infrastructure.

Uma ótima opção para quem busca fugir do movimento excessivo de turistas do centro de Bruxelas. Ficamos no apartamento térreo, com banheiro privativo. O quarto era extremamente espaçoso e confortável, assim como o banheiro. A unica questão é que o banheiro fica no corredor, não dentro do quarto, mas isso não foi um problema. O processo de check-in foi um pouco confuso pois o aplicativo Hoteis.com não nos alertou sobre comunicações e contato do proprietário do local. Ainda assim, nossa experiência foi excelente. Recomendamos muito e temos vontade de voltar.

Era um sobrado dividido em vários quartos rústicos, podíamos levar a comida e fazer ou esquentar na cozinha, o atendente era muito simpático e solicito, na chegada apesar do anfitrião não estar lá a informação estava bem clara de como entrar no sobrado, fica a uns 15 a 20 minutos dos principais pontos da cidade

Estava tudo muito limpo e os senhores eram super simpáticos. Porém o conforto da cama/ travesseiro era muito mau mesmo. E também ouvia-se sempre os outros quartos e as portas de batendo.

Awesome place, very quiet and nice. The owner was lovely. Had a great stay and would definitely go again!
