Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Galleria Mall

Excellent breakfast. Great location. Enjoyed the working fireplace in our suite. But the building itself needs updating. There were water stains on the ceiling in our room and cracks in the bath tile.

The staff are very friendly

The pull out bed sagged halfway to the floor. The room was very worn with lots of peeling paint. It was not very clean.

Great place, great staff, it’s definitely getting tired. The most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. We tried to pull it out to sit on mattress directly, and it had lots of crumbs, dirt so we sucked it up. Great room none the less just in need of TLC.

Room was great we enjoy our stay.

Property and staff were exceptional. Breakfast is fantastic as well. Definitely would recommend if coming to the Buffalo area

The first after check in we entered our room because it was on the first floor I checked the windows and one lock was broken. Front desk called maintenance and they fixed it. Shower/bathroom in need of repair. When asked for new set of towels on day two front desk was still washing them. They instead gave us pool towels.

Charging $10 for parking at a hotel not downtown is awful. Won’t stay here again

Very convenient, accesible and close proximity to Walden Galleria Mall and restos.. only 15 mins. drive to downtoeb buffallo👍

the room was very spacious and comfortable.

the unfortunate part was it smelled like someone just got done cooking a meal ... there could have been some air freshener used to help with the smell
