The location

The shower doesn't drain, I was showering in a puddle. I sent an email via booking.com and I got no response There's no place to put your toiletries in the shower There's no drinking water offered in the room, nor is there a fridge The kettle does not turn off unless you manually switch it off - I would've reported this, but figured I'd get the same response I did with the shower.
