Staff was very accommodating and understanding. Facilities was good and contributed to a nice comfortable stay

I Had an approximate R500 credit owing to me due to own decision room and duration change about three weeks in advance. This could not be refunded to me and the arrangements around the travel was of such a nature that this could not be used as a voucher or credit. did have breakfast one morning that a friend paid and did ask for a toated and cheese sandwich which was provided. no Clarity provided by the staff on this matter
