The property was conveniently located near stores restaurants and the pier.

Perking is a little tricky but the valet was very helpful.

The view from our windows was looking at an old building next door. The bed pillows were awful.

Shower and beds also the breakfast was fresh. Great setup. Yes! Our housekeeper was very nice. The tall black guy at the front desk in the evening was super professional and understanding. All we needed more of was bigger pillows. But other than that, we were pleased. Mr. & Mrs. Taylor

Pillows and the young lady with dark hair when we checked in. She didn't make me and my husband feel comfortable when we first arrived. Wasn't friendly with us at all. Then the guy that had the arm sling on his arm tried to smooth things over, but they both were very nonchalant of our concerns about the parking situation with our three F-150 truck we drove down to spend our one year anniversary with Hampton Inn & Suites. So we were kind of aggravated and turned off our first evening checking in after we have been driving for three and a half hours to get there.

Nice property with good walking access to museums, restaurants, and the pier. They only have valet parking, but it is not too bad as they were pretty prompt when you needed your car, and also had a service where you could leave a voicemail of when you wanted your car to be ready, and it was always there waiting for us when we needed it. It had an outdoor pool but we did not use it. Typical decent Hampton breakfast. Room seemed recently refreshed.

We stayed there two nights. The second night was twice as expensive, due to the music festival nearby. Positives: - The front desk staff is very friendly - The location is perfect if you love to walk around, enjoy the ocean front and a large selection of restaurants. - It felt safe in the neighborhood. - The room was clean and functional. Negatives: - Parking is valet parking only, the garage is totally crowded and it takes 30 minutes to get your car. Our car had a few scratches after the parking. I am not completely sure whether it comes from the hotel parking, but it probably does... - The balcony was very tiny. There are larger balconies in the building, don't know which room category they belong to... - The room was a little bit dark. Overall, I would choose this hotel again.

I liked the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The location is great very close to a stop for the looper. We went dolphin watching by the sea and we can recommend the pier.

the suite is a bit tight for 5 people and the sleeping sofa is less comfortable than the beds. the breakfast uses a lot of throw away cutlery and plates and we would have liked this to be more environmentally friendly.
