Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was large and comfortable.

La chambre etait spacieuse, exepté la fenêtre qui ne fermé pas vraiment. Le bruit de la circulation dérange Le personnel sympa, en revanche l'ascenseur marchait quand il voulait. Devrait être plus précis quand il s'agit de recupérer des passagers á l'aeroport, tout le monde ne connais pas l'aeroport IST

It was close to Istanbul airport and staff was friendly and helpful

Tried to charge me $80 USD for a $23 room I booked online. The flooring was horrible. Food/drinks were ridiculously overpriced. I got locked inside my room twice and the guy at the front desk had to come and take the door knob off.

Staff is great, rooms are basic but fine, however the problem is there are flies all over the room

Hotel Staff smoking at entrance in Reception area, left cigarette in ashtray outside with smoke drifting into lobby. I picked it up and tossed it into the street. Why the cancer addiction, beats me? Same employee was yelling on 4th floor pm and am depriving guests from sleep

Horrible experience. Booked and confirmed the reservation for 3 rooms and when we arrived, the man at check in was rude and unhelpful and told us he had no rooms. He was insistent that I booked through Expedia even though I showed him the confirmation email. We were left with no other option but to go back and wait at the airport. Would not recommend.
