Not hot water. No pressure in sink or shower no service after 8 pm no extra blankets there was A hole underneath the door an bugs an insects kept coming inside

I like the staff, the sound of the birds and nature of life, is so quite and cozy staying away from the suburban. I think they need to improve of building recreation area for kids because the one they have are so old tha any kid can’t get heard also I tink the welcome building need some paint
USThe stay was horrible, our room smelled, it took 3 days for our toilet set to get changed, We had no hot water! It was the worst experience we had and we stood 9 days ! I wouldn’t recommend this!!!!!!

excelente lugar para relajarte y pasar en familia. recomendado 100% este lugar esta cerca de muchos lugares turisticos del centro de la isla incluyendo adjuntas. servicio excelente al igual que el clima. todos son muy amables

The Administration can do a little bit more to make stay an amazing one, because the place has the potential for it. Mine was good, overall.
