Most of the staff was good

1. Property was not clean. Too dusty. There is construction going on right next to the property, which adds to the dustiness 2. Don’t book anything through the hotel- airport transfer/ hot air balloon/ tours. They charge a crazy premium. 125 Euro for a private transfer from Nevsehir, which is only 30mins away. You can get something in less than half the price. 3. Daily housekeeping is barely there- they don’t clean the floors, or even replace used water bottles. 4. The lady at the reception is quite snobbish and snarky Can get much better hotels in the same price range.

Good location , good room

This was my first time staying in a cave hotel it definitely something i’d recommend if you are in Cappadocia. The hotel provided shuttle buses to and from the airport and activities for during your stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. However keep in mind due to the fact that it is a cave the wifi was really spotty and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t really hot. Other than that we really enjoyed our visit there!

This is a great cave hotel. It’s amazing. All the staff are nice. And I enjoy the two days living here! The breakfast is great. The view from the rooftop is great. This hotel is near to a lot of good restaurants, too. It’s very convenient. It’s a good choice.

The staff is warm and friendly, the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are warm, spacious, and comfortable. The dining area offers freshly prepared meals, with delicious omelettes, and a chance to experience the local Turkish breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

A great hotel, with warm and spacious rooms, a good breakfast and a beautiful view to the balloons and a nice staff! I recommend this hotel for those who want to visit Cappadocia. *****************************************************

The hotel itself was in a great area near the shops, restaurants, activities etc. The area was safe and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as described...felt quite dated but fine.

We paid extra for a the honeymoon room as we were celebrating a anniversary. Which we wished we didn't, the location of the room was right Infront of the hotels entrance on the ground floor, so we constantly heard people conversating outside, people coming and going, cars pulling up, works being done. It Was really not a pleasant or private experience. We couldn't leave the window open as window looked right onto the entrance of the hotel and the road with everyone passing by. Not quite the private or romantic room I was expecting and would be better to stay in a normal room. For that reason I wouldn't go back.
