Fernando's Hotel

It was not bad it's really in good location , everything was working , good staff's all ways ready to help .

Might need a bit of renovation case somethings look out dated , but it's not bad

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am and they told me I should wait until 2 pm. The room was too small for a queen bed. I should have had a full bed instead. The shower was horrible, there was no soap for bathing and the tile was full of mold. They cleaned it a little. I asked to be moved to another room and they told me there wasn't one until the next day.There were flies in the room and when I took a shower the water came out of the bathroom drain into the bedroom. I had the worst night of my life in a hotel.

On the second day they gave me a larger room...full of light but there was a nest of ants. The hotel is nice outside... it has an excellent cafeteria with affordable prices The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the supervisor who helped me move yo another and better room

We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website. More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent!

The staff from Grace at the front desk reception, to Miss Micka and Romeo at the restaurant, there service, smiles and greeting was fantastic, will definitely stay here again.

stayed in room 207, great room would be so much better with a privacy screen on the balcony, on the left as you walk out to block out the noise and view of the workers there , something simple and nice would be great.

Not recommended.

The room is located directly in front of the dining area and kitchen, so food smells easily enter the room. It was also quite noisy due to activity in those areas.
