Excelente, la playa y el cuidado de la limpieza permanente de la misma así como la atención de la gente

El mobiliario de la habitación, algo descuidado, sillón con ma pata rotación, cajoneras de veladores deteriorados, la regulación del aire acondicionado no estuvo bien

"No corresponde calidad precio"

El precio no corresponde al servicio. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, en especial el baño. La comida del buffet parecía que llevaba mucho tiempo expuesta por lo que por ejemplo, toda la panadería estaba dura. El trato del personal dependía de la persona. La playa y la alberca son muy bonitas pero muy incómodas porque no tienen sombrillas. La sombra es la palmera natural y uno tiene que estar recorriéndose conforme avanza el día. En la alberca, los pocos camastros que había que tenían sombra estaban reservados desde temprano.

Really friendly staff, nice views, nice food (it included more than buffet restaurants for premium customers without an extra fee)

The food was good, but one day in one restaurant my girlfriend and I both got food poisoning. Nothing too serious, it was just one day, but something to look after. Also, I think it would be nice to let staff people to wear more comfortable outfits for their jobs, it's really hot there, wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants must be too hot for them. I have seen other places where they have more friendly options considering the hot weather.
