L’emplacement les restaurants et le domaine vaste

La chambre un peu vieillissante. Notre chambre face à l’accueil et face au secteur animation. Beaucoup de bruit de nos jeunes voisins et nous avons trouvé très étonnant que la sécurité n’intervienne pas. Après deux nuits sans dormir nous avons dû aller à la réception se plaindre!

O “beach adults only” só tem idosos, assim como sua programação, além de ser muito pequeno e não ter nem um bar molhado. O palace é muitooo melhor, tem tudo!

Algo que achamos um absurdo foi o “all inclusive” não ser 24hrs nem acessível em outros locais que não sejam o próprio restaurante, que fecha completamente em muitos horários alternados principalmente a noite e não dão nenhuma outra opção de alimentação, parece mais um regime café-almoço-janta e se perder o horário estipulado ficará com fome. Não existe serviço de praia nem nenhum tipo de petiscos espalhados pelo hotel durante o dia. EM TODAS AS MINHAS EXPERIÊNCIAS COM ESTADIAS EU NUNCA VI UM “ALL INCLUSIVE” ASSIM. Além disso, outras considerações são a dificuldade no atendimento no qual quase nenhum funcionário fala inglês fluente e os atendentes que quase sempre estão sérios e calados, um desânimo total.
