decided to give them another try because I didn’t enjoy my previous stay. This time around, they were excellent — especially the front desk agent, Angel. He made sure everything was smooth and clean, and he went out of his way to turn my previous negative experience into a pleasant one. I will definitely return, thanks to the outstanding treatment I received from Angel this time.

La atención del personal no es mala pero es exageradamente lenta e ineficiente. En el restaurante, en la piscina y en el bar, el personal atiende de manera muy lenta (llegan a desesperar), para que te sirvan una bebiba o pagar la cuenta has de esperar demasiado tiempo (y no es por falta de personal).
