The facilities and the health spa.

I wasnt told to get off the train at Three bridges so got off at Gatwick, then found out the hotel was miles away and had to catch a bus which came an hour after and took 45 minutes to get near the hotel. As I am elderly and blind and had just been robbed the day before, I was exhausted by the time I got there and it was too late for food.
