Bad experience, to expensive for the quality of the room.

The pictures make it look great but when you are led to the back door to go up stairs that have a mattress under it doesn't really give you the warm and fuzzies. The room was small, which would have been fine but the bed was much more uncomfortable then you would ever expect. With promises of a indoor swimming pool we were willing to put the bed and tight quarters behind us but we disappointing once again in the extremely cold and overly exposed pool. Highlight was that we were able to warm back up in the hot tub. We wound up leaving that night since it would be much more comfortable to stay home than in the hotel. The Spa ajoining the hotel was fantastic however, absolutely fantastic.

Very run down, strange layout. Our room looked out over a weird indoor courtyard and it felt like everyone could see in. Good for pets and helpful staff when we were lost finding it and called.

It was a nice stay - the only thing the windows were going inside of the hotel, so it was a bit noisy, because of the few large groups who didn't care about other people sleeping. I guess sometimes it can happen anywhere...Other then that it was a good stay. We didn't stay at the room for long, so it was convenient for us to get in and out. Beds are good, shower was working fine, you can control the temperature in the room, it had a fridge, microwave and the supermarket just few blocks away. Would recommend.

It is good space to stay for my son's fencing competition event for 2 days.

The hotel was conveniently located for me. The staff is pleasant and polite. Good sleep until 3 am saturday morning when I was awaken by a couple of partyers coming to their room and again at 5 am when they left their room. My second night was saturday: when I came back to my room at 10 pm, the party was on at the banquet room, just a couple of walls away from my room. I could feel the Boom! Boom! in my bones! I was told by the girl at the front desk that all their customers had been warned about that party when making the reservation for saturday night. Since I was «a customer of Expedia.ca and not their customer», they could not warn me!!! I had to insist to get another room, further away from the party. Oh, and the wireless internet in rooms in the back hall is B.S.: the signal is so weak I could not get a page to fully download in 15 minutes!
