Clean, quiet and excellent customer service from cleaning staff and front desk. All staff members were extremely courteous to someone only speaks English....

It was nice, the staff is very friendly. the thing we didn't like is one night around 8:45pm we would ring the bell and nobody answered the door, we tried a lot times... so we had to walk on the other side of the building with my mom and climb the stairs, and it was very cold that day... we weren't happy at all.

I complained to them about check in process and that the closed pool information wasn’t clear during booking process and all their response was that it’s my fault from the beginning to the end! Never going back!!!
