Nos ofrecieron una habitación de forma gratuita debido a que ya no les quedaban habitaciones con 3 camas bajas como les habiamos pedido.

Había una excursión con 40 niños durmiento y había muchísimo ruido, y el personal del hotel no hizo nada por regañarles y mejorar la situación para que pudieramos dormir
