"Misleading advertising- Super 8 Clinton, MS"

Free breakfast advertised. Only juice & coffee served. Nothing else! Stated due to COVID yet other Super 8s have served at least something for breakfast.

The room was non-smoking but was obviously smoked in regularly. The entire floor smelled like smoke. All of the blankets, sheets, and towels had burn marks in them.

I like the people. I didn't care for the fact that the air conditioner leaked on the floor and the front panel fell off of it. And i had no towels. And the cable didn't work for a day. The staff was friendly and took care of all of those issues promptly.

I rented a room with a jetted tub, the jets, shot out everywhere, there was pink fingernail polish in it! There was hair in the bed, the towels were stained, the lighting was awful, the weed smell in the motel was so strong that it gave my wife and I a headache. It was loud! I will never stay there again! I asked for my money back so I could leave and the guy at the front desk, told me he couldn’t give me my money back! Also he was not wearing a mask!!! I want a refund! 231 for nights for a place that was terrible!!

You get what you pay for. I know this is a Super 8 but it is very disgusting when HK make beds up w/o changing the sheets or pillow cases. I have worked in hotels for over 18 years and this is just not acceptable
