breakfast was pricey for what you get

The location, comfortable nooks for guests to relax in, and the wine bar.

The only slightly negative was that I was unable to control the heating in the room but opened a window in the mornings to regulate the heat in the room.

L’emplacement, en plein coeur du Vieux-Québec. La chambre joliment et sobrement décorée. La qualité des installations de l’hôtel. La vue de notre chambre sur un beau bâtiment. La qualité de la literie. Le parking à proximité de l’hôtel.

L’isolation phonique de la chambre. Nous entendions nos voisins de chambre (à noter que ces derniers étaient très bruyants). Nous avons très bien dormi 2 nuits sur 3!

Tout a bien été pour nos 2 nuits.

The Room and the staff were very nice.

No grab bars in bathroom. Being a senior with arthritis, I was not able to use the bathtub, and the toilet being so low to the ground was difficult for me. I basically had to stand and straddle the toilet to use it. The shower had very poor pressure, so I didn't use it.

Excellent location. Unique rooms. Even got a free upgrade.

Nothing to complain of here. Charming, antique including the elevator.

Small salons available to have conversation with others

Couldn’t have 2 rooms side by site despite the fact the reserved 8 months ago.

Location and a friendly staff.

The only thing would be the mattresses in our room are a little bit on the worn side and not trying to be picky but the curtains would not close all of the way closed.
