Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

The property was very nice and comfortable!

The staff falsely called police on my guest, charged my credit card $500 for vandalism yet said they’d send me the footage but it never got sent! Hmmm wonder why!?

You can hear everything! Thin walls, floors. Just noise from all directions.

Friendly staff, clean,Modern design and the location was excellent.

Good location - you can walk to the Chihuly Garden/Museum, the Museum of Pop Culture, and the Space Needle. There is a grocery store a block away. The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of variety and food was hot. The hotel was quiet - I didn't hear my neighbors. The staff were friendly and helpful - I was able to leave my bag before and after check in. Note: the ride to/from the airport with Uber or Lyft is $60 to $70.

Quint little hotel, walkable distance from space needle and MOPOP, has microwaves on all floors and guest laundry facilities too.

Most service staff are mexican and may have difficulty understanding English.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, and it was super convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel. The bed was comfy and spacious as well. The room was a good size with all the basics, including great towels.

They charge about $30 per day for parking, which makes the stay significantly more expensive. The pillows were also essentially filled with air, so not comfy at all. The elevators were super old and slow.
