Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

Inside the facility was fine, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. We went for a concert at climate pledge arena and the15 min walk was fine in the daytime but definitely don’t recommend walking to the hotel or around the hotel area at night. The last 2 blocks were a little sketchy as there was very little to no street lights, multiple homeless setups, and unmaintained sidewalks. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t speak to their food. Uber or ride-sharing was very accessible at this location.

We booked a “Queen Suite” thought the Bonvoy App- been a Marriott gold member for a while and never had issues. Family of 5 travelling. What I booked and confirmed was two Queen bed, one bedroom suite with pull out couch. We were put into a one bedroom with two doubles. When I inquired about what I had committed too and payed for- the front desk tried to say it was a Queen suite, I then said no, I know the difference. He then re read the room description and noted that a “Queen suite” is the name not the bed size. I pulled up my App and showed him that it’s 2-Queen beds. He then said the app is incorrect. He offered to give us a single room with two Queens and a couch. But otherwise they did not have anything avail. We had two nights booked and thought we were paying for the rooms we booked. Nothing was switched or changed- I wasn’t sure on compared pricing and he did not want to support to rectify. Be careful what you “pay for” here. I have no clue if we paid for queens and got given what we got, or if we were paid for two doubles like he said we did.

Staff was great, I was very concerned with the parking garage height limit. Staff member came out to make sure i didn't hit. Had about a half an inch of clearance. The extra step from staff was above and beyond in my opinion. Was in town for a concert and would definitely stay again.

The sheets were uncomfortable and loud, the bathroom layout was weird and I had to break my back to reach the toilet paper, the towels were paper thin, the body wash was out, the pack-n-play was incredibly uncomfortable, and the lighting was awful.

Location was 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Space Needle. A QKC (Kroger) grocery store with a Starbucks inside was right across the parking lot. Very convenient to pier 91 cruise terminal.

Room was comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to Seattle Center to visit Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens and other Museums.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was a great experience

Clean, safe, and conveniently located close to QFC for groceries. Walking distance from Space Needle and Hop On Hop Off bus. Good laundry facilities.

The room was equipped with a coffee machine, some coffee, and Paper cups. Mugs were provided on request. Our room had a balcony, but the door was locked. We could not get fresh air inside.
