"Uncomfortable"

I really loved the private pool and the spacious rooms 😍

The location is very bad. Deep in the jungle when you are in the resort you can't go anywhere as it it far from everything. In case of emergency it will be a serious problem. The roads are very steep you might get hurt. Not child friendly at all. We had to move out after one night the location was not for us.

"Amazing scenery but I wouldn’t class this as a 5 star hotel."

The views were incredible and the room was comfortable.

Food options and sizes were poor. You were given coco pops for cereal. Beer was warm. You are unable to walk anywhere from the villa due to being so hilly and secluded. Hotel taxis expensive and is a set price even if you are only going down the road. No entertainment at all during the day or evening. Also no Wifi.

"Location is very hard to access and too sketchy in the evening."

It was quiet and nestled in the jungle

Getting to the location is extremely difficult, even the drivers didn’t want to pick up or drop off in the evening as it’s on the edge of the mountain, narrow roads with steep slopes. Not a good place if you’re riding a scooter or bikes. No restaurants or shop nearby, and the 1 only restaurant isn’t anything to rave about. The food was below average. God forbid you have a medical emergency, you couldn’t get out of the place.

"Overall is very good and meet our except."

The hotel is good. Very quiet environment except the water fall sound (It is raining at night so we could hear it) and friendly staff

The entry of the hotel is quiet hard. The road is very narrow and 2 steep slope to the hotel. I advise one staff could guide at the main road entry or have the hotel car wait the main road entry to lift the guest in the hotel.
