All inclusive overrated. Pool was overcrowded, ended up at the beach most days.

Rooms are small. All inclusive cups were far too small so drinks were warm and very strong.

all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner was terrible. all inclusive drinks was terrible. rooms very basic. hotel is certainly not a 4 star, I would say closer to 3 star.

the staff were really nice and the entertainment was good

the food was Luke warm or cold and very repetitive. more chicken would be nice. smoking in all areas of the pool making it very uncomfortable for non smokers. cocktails had no alcohol in them although they were supposed to have but staff didnt put it in.

All staff interactions were perfect. “Pizzeria” provides better food options. Rooms clean. We went as a couple, was a range of ages from young families to the recently retired. No complaints on the attraction of people. Oliver & other reception staff were great & welcoming. If your travelling without transfers - get the A11 bus from the airport. 3,90€ pp each way (in less than 45 mins - based on two people). More discounts for more people. Pick up & drop off less than 5 mins walk.

Food selection & quality for main meals was reasonable. if your hungry and just want all inclusive you’ll take it. the selections in the pizzeria usually were better. No air-con but it could be the time of the year. At 6pm the room air changed to heating… would have cost more to have the running. Pool was freezing but again time of year, come summer it would be perfect. Switch the heating to heating the pool to a reasonable core temp :-) Entertainment during day lacks budget - (bounce tennis balls into a cup, kick a ball under chairs, “beer pong”, uno). If nothing else to do the kids may well love it. A slushy machine wouldn’t go a miss.
