Good location friendly staff

We were charged more than price on booking.com, hotel very old and water would drip from air conditioning unit onto 1 of the beds so firstly had to ask if we could get a new mattress and was informed it would be fixed which it wasn’t so we couldn’t use it..

Location to the beach and shops. Like that this was the quieter hotel compared to the other 4 star hotels across the road which were a lot busier but could still use their facilities for lunch and entertainment. Nice they gave you a globales shopping bag which was ideal to use for the pool and beach. Daily maid service

Shower was manageable but small and it will flood around the bathroom and high up to turn to avoid getting hair wet. Glad we had a pool side room rather than road side.

Chambre vetuste, Lit pas confortable,mauvaise insonorisation intérieure et extérieure,bruit toute la nuit surtout quand vous dormez côté rue. L'hôtel nous a fait payer le parking 10€ par jour, alors que sur booking était annoncé gratuit et disponible sans réservation.

The hotel is old and shabby. Old furniture, peeling doors. It is cleaned every day, but it is dusty, and the windows are dirty. When we arrived, they gave us room 166 - a room the size of a closet with a door that had been kicked in by someone and was barely holding up. And the "terrace" was a slab on the floor and everyone was trying to get in through it. They changed it after we objected. The food is in the hotel next door, but it is varied.
