The room was good but the washroom is very tiny so the sink is facing the bed which is kind of akward. The house keeping is not great and it's very minimal The complementry brekfast is the ' bare minimum' and it's not child friendly

"Mediocre accommodations with friendly staff"

Friendly staff.

The bed was uncomfortably soft and the room was scantily furnished with no safe. The breakfast had a meager selection with what tasted like powdered eggs and doughy little biscuits with runny gravy.

"Get To Breakfast Early"

Very clean, staff friendly but very disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Went down to breakfast 45 minutes before it closed and there was barely any food available and both coffee urns were empty. I was there for a graduation ceremony and didn’t have time to go to a restaurant outside of the hotel. Besides, the included breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel.

"Hyatt Place offered little to recommend it."

Friendly staff, but nothing above average for accommodation and breakfast. We were put in an ADA room, and thankfully only stayed one night as the bed was frightfully soft .Breakfast was only fair with a lack of hot food and stale orange juice.

"Great hotel with fantastic employees"

The customer service was fantastic. The check in was fast and easy. My room was great. It was bigger than i expected. Had to leave before breakfast was fully out but the have coffee and some items out before the opening time.
