Breakfast okay but waitress was extremely rude with bad attitude and very unhelpful

Staff at reception when I checked in was friendly and tried to provide a relaxed atmosphere- very welcoming lady on duty at check-in!

Stayed in room 50. Closer attention should be given to cleanliness- especially bathrooms. There was hair and hair products clearly belonging to the previous guests still in the shower! The seats at the reception area are clearly dirty and this eyesore leaves a poor impression as you check in. Hygiene is paramount. No pool - pmb is too hot for no pool?! The restaurant was closed - no prior notification of this to guest making booking so had to drive out and order Nando’s

The views and tranquil space. There was also an awesome mini golf course.

I liked everything actually. Staff was friendly, everything was to my liking. The fridge in the room could have been bigger tho.

The chalets were large enough and the beds were quite comfortable. The property is in a secure place.

Did not like the surroundings, there were some areas nearby which looked like they have been neglected by the local municipality. Raising safety concerns. The noice level was very high, the place situated next to the busy national highway.

My room was not very clean ( bathroom in particular) they could use some deep cleaning every now and then. The bedding was also not changed on the second day of our day although the stuff did come in for a refresher. I didn’t quite enjoy being surrounded by cats in our Sunni area. The dining tables had a lot of cat fur and that’s tea inconsiderate of the restaurant stuff. The breakfast could also use some variety for a R120pp buffet. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
