We don't usually go back to the same place twice, but a week after returning home, we're already planning to go back to Sant'Uffizio. I would confidently say that this establishment deserves a 5-star rating. Aside from the gorgeous setting, where they have managed to beautifully preserve the property's history whilst offering all modern comforts, the service was faultless. In practical terms, the property was clearly signposted and had plenty of secure parking, including EV charging points. Our room was so, so comfortable and the whole pool area was spotless, as was the spa. The breakfast option was one of the best I have had at a hotel - a buffet with a wide variety of high-quality and local produce with à la carte egg options cooked to perfection, served in the prettiest setting on the terrace. We dined at both La Locanda and the Bistrot, and loved both, although La Locanda's double-Michelin-starred experience was truly out of this world. Our wine class with head sommelier Armin was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

Staff impeccabile, gentilezza del personale, ristorazione fenomenale sia in locanda che al bistrot. Ottima colazione, camere spaziose e confortevoli, bagno in camera ampio e forniti di tutti i prodotti. Centro benessere angolo di paradiso ben strutturato.

Solo suggerimenti di indicare altezza della piscina e migliorare disinfestazione vespe.
