The rooms were very clean. But the breakfast sucked.

Clean, quiet, and bed was so comfortable! Big perk of being right by the airport if you’re needing somewhere to stay before or after a flight. Highly recommend!

Very clean

The hotel is okay if you're staying for a night. The sheets in my hotel room were stained and of cheap quality. I booked the king bed with a pull-out sofa bed. The sheets and blankets for that were put in a bag in the closet. When I took it out I found a hair in it on the blanket. During my stay, I requested the front desk to call housekeeping and request sheets and towels but they were not attentive to me. I had to ask multiple times. The windows had blinds but no curtains. The pillows are also tucked into squares. At first I thought they were throw pillows and slept on them the first night, it was very uncomfortable. I later discovered that the pillows were regular and needed to be flattened, however I was not told this by any hotel staff. Overall my experience was okay but I would not stay here again.

The room was ok and I say ok because of how I didn’t have a choice but to pay attention to every detail the microwave was dirty , not all of the coffee amenities was there , the tub still had water stains on the faucet nobs , the closet door was broken and only one worked headboard had a hole,but yelling don’t damage . The check in experience was terrible drove 4 hours to get yelled at by the front desk lady about no smoking in the room and to not take anything . Gave me a hard time about paying my deposit in cash (which they had a sign that said we could use cash) because apparently we look like thieves and people who would smoke in the room !! I felt uncomfortable how much she grilled us like we have done this before But I will say I will NEVER be back ! Didn’t really enjoy being in the room because I felt like the rude front desk lady ruined that experience had me feeling like my items wasn’t safe in the room . Luckily the only day we didn’t have to deal with her was check out . Guy didn’t ask much just handed us our deposit said thank you and he didn’t say anything back . We came to celebrate and relax for my boyfriend birthday and thanks to quality suites it was the complete opposite!! I should of chose a different hotel but at that point my money wouldn’t of been refundable and I refuse to give a hotel free money . Our stay SUCKED! I recorded the room before we brought our things in , was on alert the entire stay!

There was an issue with the room when checking in but the front desk worker made it right immediately. This is a nice spot when you have an early morning flight out of Hobby.
