B&B HOME Vélizy

Locatie was goed en parkeren op eigen terrein was gratis. Tegenover het hotel is een Westfield Mall waar van alles te doen en te eten is. Het toilet en de badkamer zijn gescheiden.

Er is geen airco op de kamer, hoewel dit wel wordt geadverteerd. Bij warme temperaturen wordt de kamer erg heet en wordt het overnachten erg oncomfortabel. Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Kamer was vies en wordt niet goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijtkeuze is elke dag hetzelfde met uitsluitend varkensvlees. Personeel heeft geen respect voor privacy van gasten.

The rooms were a good size, which made staying as a family group comfortable. For most of the stay, the reception staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The bathroom layout was unusual but workable.

Our final morning was deeply distressing. A child in our group had an allergic reaction to a chocolate spread at the breakfast buffet — there was no front-of-jar allergen label, and the back-label ingredients were in French only. While we were managing the reaction and a family member was at the pharmacy, a receptionist we hadn’t previously dealt with accused me of theft for taking croissants back to the room, despite another receptionist explicitly telling us earlier in the week that we were within our rights to do so. He repeatedly called us thieves, insisted breakfast hadn’t been paid for (it had, and was confirmed at check-in), disputed our guest numbers, quoted three different “amounts owed” in the same conversation, threatened to call the police, photographed us and our children on his personal phone, and left the counter to shout in my face at close range. The contrast with the rest of the staff was extreme, and the incident has been escalated to Booking.com.

旁边有个tesla超充站，给车充电晚上很便宜很快。 24h前台对去巴黎而言很友好。 旁边就有t6，就是t6去市中心，至少1h。

门口的公共交通t6去巴黎市中心太远了，晚上动不动就要12～2点才能到酒店，太累。

Le manque de qualité comparé aux images ce n’était pas si propre que ça, des équipements qui paraissent premium de loin mais quand on se penche dessus bon. Après pour le prix de la nuit c’est très bien.
