La ubicacion y la cordialidad del personal, ( SI bien o podian solucionar lo decepcionante del hotel, fueron agradabels y comprendieron nuestars situaciones .

Elegimos este establecimiento confiando en la categoría de cuatro estrellas que ostenta. No obstante, la habitación asignada y los servicios ofrecidos estuvieron muy por debajo de los estándares que hemos encontrado en otros hoteles de la misma categoría durante este viaje por España, incluyendo establecimientos en Córdoba, Sevilla, Málaga y Granada. Entre las deficiencias observadas, destacamos las siguientes: ● La decoración y el estado general de la habitación resultaban claramente inadecuados para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. ● El televisor había sido reubicado en la pared a una altura excesiva, aproximadamente 2,5 metros, permaneciendo visibles los agujeros de la instalación anterior, lo que generaba una apariencia descuidada. ● Los cables del televisor quedaban a la vista. ● El detector de humo había sido instalado con cableado exterior visible, cubierto únicamente por una canaleta plástica, lo que contribuía a una imagen poco profesional. ● Existía una conexión eléctrica instalada dentro de un armario de madera, situación que nos generó preocupación desde el punto de vista de la seguridad. ● Los controles e interruptores de iluminación ubicados junto a la cama se encontraban desprendidos de sus marcos y mal fijados. Asimismo, el equipamiento de cortesía de la habitación resultó extremadamente básico. El denominado centro de café consistía únicamente en dos vasos de papel, café instantáneo y un hervidor de agua, muy lejos de lo que suele ofrecer un hotel de esta categoría. También observamos una ausencia total de muchos de los elementos habitualmente presentes en hoteles de cuatro estrellas, tales como: ● Toallas de rostro. ● Cepillo y pasta dental. ● Gorro de ducha. ● Hisopos de algodón. ● Jabón sólido. ● Bata de baño. ● Pantuflas. En el baño solo se disponía de dispensadores de jabón y crema junto al lavabo, y de jabón, champú y acondicionador en la ducha.Y no le andaba el Extractor.
