I’ve stayed in many hotels. The rooms and surroundings matter — but they’re never what set a hotel apart. What truly makes the difference is the customer service: friendly, helpful, and the small little things that show genuine care. Honest answers, sincere effort, and human warmth go further than any décor ever will. I may forget what you said or what you did, but I will never forget how you made me feel.

Booking.com taxi arrangement from Airport to Hotel. The driver was not help. I was rounding the area from 1 hour before a kind person took me to the hotel. The driver knew that some areas in Madrid is walking only. Just think carrying our bags and walking looking for directions.

Great location, exceptional job by staff, especially associate in the front desk named Jon. plea clean pretty much every day as requested. Very nice.
