Liegt in der Nähe des Radweges nach Grado - Lage sohin optimal. Man kann von dort aus viele Restaurants/Cafés sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Zimmer sehr klein aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt auch einen Raum für das Fahrrad.
