I cannot say enough about my recent stay at Hotel Safi. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Doormen and bellmen are so helpful and professional. The frontdesk staff are so friendly and their customer service skills are second to none. I had an issue with my Garden Room and Sarahi immediately handled it and showed me a different room in there main tower and I couldn’t have been happier. She went above and beyond and exemplified customer service at its best. My room on the tenth floor was immaculate and there Housekeeping team are the best. There was an issue with my safe and within five minutes a maintenance man was in my room to open it and reset it. The restaurant has great food and the ladies that cook during the breakfast buffet are so sweet and one of them made me the best omelet I have ever had. There menudo was amazing by the way. There servers are the best and one of them helped me with information and directions so I could get to a museum I wanted to visit
