Really helpful staff! Cleaned the room everyday. Great central location. Good recommendations of things to do and where to eat. Good English speaking skills. Helped us with airport transport and shipping things to Australia. Lovely breakfast in the morning that you choose the night before. Great price. Be careful with toilet paper blocking plumbing.

Vi fikk antakeligvis det rommet som ikke hadde hverken "lys eller byutsikt".Rommet som stod avbildet ved bestilling, var ikke rommet vi fikk. Vi strevde også med fukt på rommet.

The owners are no nice and helpful. I had an issue with the airconditioning in my room, which they could not fix, however they proposed a fair solution, without having to ask for it. They can also help you with booking tours and transportation and offer a laundry service. In addition, the breakfast is good and freshly prepared for you. They speak pretty good English, considering you are in Vietnam. The rooms are nice and spacious and the toilet is not so near the shower.

Only thing is that the walls can seem a bit thin sometimes and that the mattress is a bit springy and stiff, but for me that was no issue.
