The shower wasn't the strongest part of the hotel.

We liked everything! The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood with local restaurants. I was so happy to stay in this cosy neighborhood instead of the other side of the Nile. Mustafa is an amazing host. He took us 2 days to the hotspots in the neighborhood for a reasonable price. It's too far to walk so we were very happy with this! We spent 3 days in Luxor and that was enough to see all the important things. In a 5 minute walk you are at the ferry which takes you for 5 pound per person to the other side of the Nile. The apartment we stayed in was clean and the bed was good. Everything was perfect!

Moustafa the owner helped us with absolutely everything we needed, clean room, breakfast, transfer from the airport and to the airport, in a word, a top 10 man.I recomand Luxor Bella Vista Apartments.

I really recommend this apartment and especially the host! We felt very welcoming and comfortable staying at Mustafa’s place. He and his family were very friendly and helpful, we even got a free room upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and super delicious. The building’s location is further outside from the touristic zone at the river bank which we enjoyed. On the rooftop you will get a nice view over the landscape as well.

Nice location and close to West Bank tourism. They arranged pickup for us at mid night and we have safely landed there and spent good time. Owner is responding very well for our queries and concerns and is very flexible. Good to opt a vehicle with driver from him who shows us all the attractions there. Our driver is also quite nice and flexible. Overall, we felt very safe and secure over there. Host also lives in the same property which is quite good. Even if you think, it is far from railway station, you just need to plan the tour from the west side. Then, we don’t miss anything in terms of time.

Nothing much to complain except some internet issue which is actually seems to be a typical problem in Egypt service providers. Internet is getting interrupted after some time. But, speed is good when it is working.

Very welcoming staff, Mustafa was very helpful to having good prices for activities (hot ballons, private guides and taxi). The flat was close to the Nile, good location to visit the city. Really lovely rooftop and indoors. To finish, it’s possible to pay a breakfast and a dinner in extra. It was very good with local food. Thank you Mustafa !

If you want to cook in the kitchen, there is not enough equipment.

We spent our first 4 nights in Egypt here, and the experience was absolutely great. The hospitality, attention and friendliness we got were genuine, Mostafa and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Great and safe location, just a few minutes' walk from the ferry. The local-style savory breakfast was the best we had during our whole trip. We had it served on the roof top, which had nice views and cosy feel.Mostafa made it super easy for us with the transport to/from the airport and also spent a day driving us around the temples nearby for a very reasonable price. Should you need any garments or souvenirs, he is your man to arrange for a good price. He even took my boyfriend to a local taylor to get his robe fitted and made overnight. The room was spacious and bed comfy, and even though little face-lift on some fixtures would be needed, it was nothing that bothered us, especially when you compare the value you get for the price you pay I absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to stay again when we go back to Luxor in the future.

The villa is on the main road and we found it rather noisy the first night but there was a solution proposed for that immediately - Mostafa also owns another place right on the Nile, which is very quiet and peaceful and we were offered to go there. We chose not to as you kind of get used to the noise after one day walking around, it just becomes part of the whole Luxor experience.
