Cathedral Mountain Lodge

The location, services offered by the lodge including dining and shuttles to Moraine Lake. The lodge was beautiful this time of year - located right next to the Kicking Horse river and Cathedral Mountain. The staff mentioned to us that their accommodation and meals are catered for by the Lodge. The staff are wonderful - special mention to Erica and Dominic who shared stories and tips on where to visit. Sarah and the rest of the team treated us to a small bottle of champagne in celebration of our honeymoon on arrival.

The bathrooms are dated. The dinners were rather expensive.

The property was beautiful and incredible view. The restaurant and bar were a great location in the outside patio was fantastic

The room that we were given, had a lovely view, but it was very loud due to the highway however, the hotel made adjustments for us and move this to a more quiet cabin

Amazing location, and lovely log cabins set on the banks of the river with stunning mountains.

We were a little disappointed on the last day as there were no pasties and no salmon on the small breakfast menu. No alternative was offered . Tea was served lukewarm and staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Guests need to be aware to book in for breakfast as on our last morning we were told we hadn’t been booked in, which made us feel uncomfortable as our three nights included breakfast.
