Nothing was liked at all, horrible service all the way around.

Everything was bad, the beds are rock hard, bathrooms are to small, and to top it off the breakfast that is advertised as a complimentary was a bowl of cereal. Seriously needs all the way around improvements done. Went to the front desk to speak with the clerk only to find a note on the door saying be back in 5 minutes and if needed to call his cell phone. Called him and found out through him that he left town to pick up his wife from the airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma while his guests was on the property by themselves unattended in Bartlesville, Oklahoma! When told we wanted our money back since we left that same night within the hour of being there he refused to give money back. Worst place I have ever been in and thinking about turning that place in to the Better Business Burro since it was so unprofessional and pretty sure a violation of their insurance having no employee whatsoever on the premise. Anyone could have been injured on that property and where was he at.... OUT OF TOWN INSTEAD OF DOING HIS JOB THAT HE WAS HIRED TO DO!!! DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE!!!

The room was clean but very small, especially the bathroom. The microwave was in poor condition (missing dials). It was not very quiet. We could hear the guy in the next room’s snoring.

The owners were exceptionally nice!

It was clean and well managed

Only stayed for 10 minutes & left due to the power coming back at my house from a tornado. Room was okay.

Bathroom was dirty. I saw brown (poop) spots on walls, toilet, & light switch. It’s a bummer I had to pay the entire night since I only stayed for a little while.

The owners who I assumed was a very nice couple n was very easy no hassle checking in n out. Now the room n maybe due to getting a smoking room was okay at 1st sight for the price, but after coming in n to settle ourselves front the drive started looking for another hotel in the area unfortunately all booked up. Bedding u could tell was very old but who puts sheets back on a bed in hotel with holes n it just needs more than what they r putting into it. Unless very in need of cheap hotel never again. N the lady I spoke with at the front desk I'm very sorry I was lovely n our conversation but maybe should move on from this place.

The person who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant ! The room was a true bargain .

The shower temperature control was broken. The hide a bed/couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was a table with 1 chair and the table had issues. Had to ask for a coffeemaker. No breakfast as advertised.
