Lloyd's Baia Hotel

El hotel está muy bien, limpio, buena ubicación y el personal muy amable.

No me gustó que nuestro vuelo salía a las 22hrs, y después de hacer el check out no nos dejaron acceder a la playa a través del hotel ni dejar el coche en el parking hasta la hora de irnos. Es la primera vez que nos pasa. Todo lo demás, perfecto.

The location was nice, and some staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, communication regarding the beach service, sunbeds, and towels was confusing, and some staff members were not particularly welcoming. The room felt outdated and had several maintenance issues, including mold on the bathroom ceiling, a loose faucet, and a shower that leaked into the entrance area. The soundproofing between rooms was also very poor. We were also disappointed that the hotel’s photos mainly showcase the views from one side of the property. From the breakfast area and beach, the view is largely of the commercial harbor, with cargo ships and port activity nearby. In addition, there is a large abandoned construction site next to the beach that appears to have been left unfinished for years, which significantly detracts from the overall atmosphere and beach experience. The hotel’s photos do not fully reflect these aspects of the surroundings. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, clearer communication, and a more accurate presentation of the property would improve the guest experience.

È comodo per il parcheggio e la posizione. Gentile lo staff alla reception e la responsabile di sala

Camera pessima da rinnovare assolutamente Sala colazione stracolma già dalle 6.50 del mattino lo staff era completamente nel pallone. Non c'erano nemmeno posti per sedersi.

The breakfast area was nice with a good breakfast.

We booked this in a hurry and we did not realise that it stands exactly in front of a ship port or what is called and our room was exactly in the middle of it. But if you look on the other sides the view is nice.

Il letto erano due letti singoli, che hanno appoggiato, inoltre si staccavano spesso, ed è stata una nottata

מלון גדול ומאוד מיושן. חדרים קטנים, לא מאוד נקי. ארוחת הבוקר דלה. השימוש בחוף הים הוא בעלות נוספת. המלון ומכשיריו ממש מאכזבים. מציינת לטובה את הצוות.
