Somente o café ! Esse já era esperado ! Mas não é nada demais !

Não foi o quarto que loquei ! Bem diferente das acomodações que estão ofertando no aplicativo ! Chuveiro horrível, quarto ruim , a vista também não é como nas imagens ! Atendimento péssimo ! O rapaz que nos guiou até o quarto não foi capaz de ajudar com as malas ! Nenhum carisma na recepção ! Pessoal sem Vontade de estar ali pela minha percepção !

Location

Staff was unfriendly from the beginning. Only the guy at night was nice. But when I arrived it felt like you are arriving at the house of an angry teenager. Zero welcoming, sits in his chair, no word in English or Spanish (many Spanish speaking tourist). Does not help with anything and spends most of his time in WhatsApp. The room smelled like mold but a lot, the window had to be open all the time. On the door it says room cleaning every day. In the 3 days I had not one time somebody coming to clean. The common areas are very poor with cheap and old furniture. When I checked out, they did not say hood bye, just went fast to check if the room is OK, no thank you for your visit, hope to see you back. They have no idea of how to manage they got the location and that is it. Sad because it could be a very nice place, but the manager clearly is not managing her staff and the property.

Quarto muito apertado

De praticamente tudo. A atenção dos funcionários, a qualidade do café da manhã, a qualidade da comida no almoço...

Somente o estacionamento é que fica um pouco longe, o que não é especificado no anúncio do hotel. A gente pensa que é anexo ao estabelecimento.

A vista é maravilhosa, acomodação muito satisfatória.

Habitación amplia y gran baño.

Colchon de 1 plaza muy fino y se hundía, la ducha no tiene mamparas y mojas todo el baño. En la publicación decía con Balcón y me dieron otra habitación sin el mismo, el costo fue más.

La ubicación es inmejorable

Un desastre para contratarlo. Tuve que probar 4 veces con tarjetas diferentes porque me informaban problemas (las mismas tarjetas que funcionaron para el resto de los hoteles )
