Rodeway Inn Beebe

I believe this facility is running a scam on customers. I booked a king bed non smoking room, days before my stay began. When I arrived onsite the property manager told me he could not find my reservation and told me that I would have to cancel my stay with Expedia and rebook in person at the standard rate. During this encounter I called Expedia and had the confirmation info sent to my email and also spoke with a virtual agent whom instructed me to have the property manager look up my reservation with the booking ID number. The manager refused. I had to get a refund issued and spent more on the standard rate to reserve the same room.

I didn't like the fact the pool was not available to swim ...they should say on the website pool is closed !! I was all set to swim w my family and NOPE !!! The room was not that great , burned holes all in the carpet , no turn table in microwave , half the curtain in window worked , sheets didn't seem all that clean on bed plus kept popping off when sleeping which is uncomfortable !! Tv kept flickering while watching , no coffee or a breakfast of anykind available !!! Staff was super nice !

They took 100.00 deposit that was supposed to be returned upon check out, I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK

No coffee station in room or lobby. No frills room but clean and efficient.

The general manager accused me of lying about having a service dog because I didn't have a certificate of proof. Apon showing him the ADA website he did believe me and charged a pet fee. It's again ADA laws to charge for a service dog, And there is no such thing as a service dog certification

Traveling with dogs for competition and room was nice, clean, well lit and quiet with easy access to potty area for dogs.

Better than expected..
