AFTERNOON STAFF VERY RUDE, I UNDERSTAND THE POLICY ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE ROOM, BUT THEY COULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A 6-MONTH-OLD BABY EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT REFUSE TO PAY AN EXTRA COST. THEREFORE, I HAD TO RENT AN EXTRA ROOM. THE ROOMS SMELL OF MOISTURE AND THE FRONT DOORS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING, NOT TO MENTION THAT THE PARKING LOT IS FULL OF RATS.

El aire acondicionado tiro bastante agua, la bista del balcon deberia limpiarla, habia una ceniza de cigarro en la ventana, una retocada al elevador estaria genial, y mas atencion de los empleados, saludar, y ser mas atentos.

No realizan la limpieza como debe de ser, las llaves de la regadera no sirven muy bien pues en la noche estás escuchando el ruido de cómo está goteando agua en el baño,
