2/5. You get what you pay for, but l've stayed in better for less, and worse for more, which is the only reason it's not a 1. Not the quietest, not the cleanest. Walls so thin someone walking barefoot in a neighbouring room sounded like they were in the room with us. My feet went black walking around the room, the bedding had an uncomfortable feeling of being unclean, the bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the wall/missing panel. The room smelt of petrol! Asked for help ordering a taxi as it's next to a dual carriage way with no obvious taxi rank nearby and staff seemed confused by the query. Food was good, but would avoid the meat.... However smoking is allowed so we asked to be moved. Breakfast was lacking - only toasties. Risk of electrocution when plugging anything into the wall, as sockets are hanging off it. WiFi is free but painfully slow. Name is misleading, Itsy doesn't appear anywhere on the building, causing confusion to taxi drivers.

First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). Partha Dutta on reception was very friendly and such a nice guy, Palash Nath in the restaurant/bar provided such a great service, as well as the rest of the team. On the topic of restaurant & bar, it is very well decorated and laid out, it was such a pleasure dining and drinking in there. The food was fantastic and great value. The property is currently under development so it isn't yet the finished article, but it will be a truly beautiful place once finished. At the moment, the only downside of the property is the bathroom as it's a bit pokey, but these will be refurbished soon. I feel the surrounding area isn't worth viewing, as it's quite dirty and noisy, and didn't have much to offer. I would recommend booking here and enjoying what the hotel has to offer, the property is real value for money.
