Clean and quiet property with solid accommodations that were comfortable and safe. The bed mattress was supportive. Thank you for the thin pillows as per special request. Really liked the temperature and fan unit quick and reliable operation. Maid service was effective. Room was well insulated against noise.

The property was not secured by front desk observation or room card door scanner.

We have chosen to stay at this hotel for a one night stay several times on our trips to Memphis because of the fact that they're clean, priced fair and most importantly, pet friendly. And I've always had good encounters with the staff.

This hotel has always served our purpose.
