Booked 3 bed saw pics an after arriving no 3 beds at this place an they made me pay the price for 3 even only got 2 bed wouldn’t give any credit rip off

We didn’t end up staying here when we arrived they said they didn’t have the room we reserved but we could just add another room. They stated they tried calling us but we had no missed calls. This caused us to have to look for another room at 11pm.

Made u pay a deposit and never paid back not even call me about it due to towel I would mind paying for whatever they said but they never called me to confirm the problem they had for the towel
