Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winner by IHG

It was good as our motorcycle broke down. The bathroom sink tap was wonky. Breakfast was available slightly earlier than stated which was great for us as the tow arrived at 615am. So we we were able to have grab and go

We went down to breakfast at 9. They stop serving at 10. They were out of the following. Biscuits, two forms of eggs, bacon, pancakes, coffee, hot water. There was something wrong with the drink machine. Everyone kept pouring it out. Apparently it was too watery. I looked for an employee in the kitchen area. I couldn’t find one. I went to the front desk. She was very nice and went to help the person working the kitchen. However, the only thing that got replenished over the next 30 minutes was coffee. We ran out of time and had to leave.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was really good, which isn't always the case at hotels. My wife and I thought it was a really nice place.

Beds were too soft. Clean and functional.

This is a great property. We stay here whenever we’re in the area and have never had a bad experience. Colleen is super!!

My second stay here with my 11 yr-old grandson along with me. The pool was outstanding and when we needed towels, the front desk was very accommodating. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, room clean, shower excellent. The breakfast is also quite good, only they didn't have oatmeal this time (they did the first time I stayed there). The front desk staff spends a lot of time in the back room, which is common at hotels these days, but I'd like to have a friendly smile there when I walk through the lobby. It's certainly as good of a hotel in this price range as you will find.
